  • Free shipping NZ wide (1-5 business days)
  • Your Order will be promptly processed as soon as possible, during business hours (0900h-1700h Mon-Fri)
  • New Zealand orders will be delivered by Courier Post
  • We only ship to physical addresses (no PO Boxes)
     

Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing tracking details.

To make sure your order reaches you safely, a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is present to receive your parcel, a notice will be left at your address with alternative delivery or pick-up options.

 

Returns:

Please E-mail info@1800shoemakers.com to arrange any returns. Returns not otherwise outlined by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 will be at 1800 Shoemakers discretion and will be contingent on the following:

  • Item(s) need to be returned within 14 days of purchase;
  • Unworn and unused
  • In the original packaging which must be in the original condition
  • Include proof of purchase with your return
